We just never know…

He was a favorite of mine. My wife mentioned to me that she was wondering how someone who had so much going for themselves could be depressed. I said often we do not know what someone’s underlying story is. It reminded me of a video I was exposed to at #ILSHRM14 by keynote speaker Jim Knight of KnightSpeaker, Inc. The training video from Chick-fil-a has a powerful message. Regardless of how you feel about Chick-fil-a this message they teach their employees is moving. It is called Every Life Has a Story… Robin Williams’ had his story. I wish we could have had a different ending to it.

Wonderful reminder to look past the instant to the person. The adage of ‘Everyone is fighting a battle.. Be kind always.’ comes to mind.
Thanks for sharing this.
